Nothing captivates me more than the nourishment of a new mother. During my undergraduate Nutrition + Food Sciences studies in Nashville, I fell in love with maternal and child nutrition. That understanding and passion was further deepened through my certification in therapeutic culinary arts at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition.

I returned to Nashville after my education and provided Therapeutic Personal Chef services throughout the city for four years. Over time my desire to make it back to my ultimate passion of postpartum nourishment led to the creation of Pour La Mère. 

Since the first days of Pour La Mère in 2019, we have served over 100 mothers in the Middle Tennessee area and beyond, stretching across the country with travel care and virtual consults. It is my deep joy to see that number increase as we continue to meet and serve more mothers and that would not be possible without our growing team. Our chefs not only bring experience and skill to the table, but provide a peaceful presence in the homes they visit.
