Who Are We?

Nothing captivates me more than the nourishment of a new mother. During my undergraduate Nutrition + Food Sciences studies in Nashville, I fell in love with maternal and child nutrition. That understanding and passion was further deepened through my certification in therapeutic culinary arts at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition.

I returned to Nashville after my education and provided Therapeutic Personal Chef services throughout the city for four years. Over time my desire to make it back to my ultimate passion of postpartum nourishment led to the creation of Pour La Mère. 

The Pour La Mère Team

While flavor development and nutritional knowledge are of paramount importance to us, we also aim to build a team of individuals who will respect the sacred space of a freshly growing family. Our team members will carry a sense of peace and calm into your home, working swiftly to prepare you delicious and beautiful meals, while also honoring the tender nature of this transition for you and your family.
